Oliver Neubrand appointed new CFO of the HARTMANN GROUP

  • Oliver Neubrand takes over the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PAUL HARTMANN AG as of January 1, 2024
  • He has already very successfully helped shape major transformations in several companies as CFO
  • Stefan Müller, current CFO, is leaving the Company at his own request
Heidenheim, December 7, 2023. Oliver Neubrand will be the new CFO of the HARTMANN GROUP. He will resume responsibility on January 1, 2024, and will be responsible for Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisition, Risk Management, Legal, IT, Investor Relations and the businesses CMC and IVF HARTMANN in Switzerland.
Oliver Neubrand

Oliver Neubrand was most recently Managing Director of the Heubach Group, where he was responsible for finance, IT and the shared service organization and managed the spin-off and integration of a major acquisition.

After starting his career at Siemens, he held various international commercial positions at OSRAM in Germany and the Czech Republic. He got to know the Heidenheim area as commercial manager of the OSRAM plant in Herbrechtingen. Following the carve-out of LEDVANCE, in which he was involved as CFO of a business unit, he was CFO at LEDVANCE for several years. He then moved to TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG as CFO, where he was also responsible for the SAP S/4HANA system changeover.

Oliver Neubrand studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Stefan Müller has been CFO of the HARTMANN GROUP since July 2020. He will leave the Company on December 31, 2023, at his own request.
