Recognition for MoliCare® Absorbent Underwear: HARTMANN wins sustainability award in Hungary

HARTMANN has been awarded the “Symbol of Sustainability 2025” for its innovative product assortment, MoliCare® Absorbent Underwear.
Presented annually by Trade Magazin in Hungary, the award celebrates projects that make a measurable contribution to a sustainable future. This year, 20 companies were recognized across seven categories. The expert jury distinguished HARTMANN’s MoliCare® in the “Product Innovation” category.

Safe, comfortable, reusable

MoliCare® Absorbent Underwear offers a reusable solution for light incontinence and menstruation. The washable underwear combines medical effectiveness with environmental responsibility:

  • Washable at 60°C, hygienic and durable
  • Reusable, reducing waste compared to disposable products
  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100-certified materials
  • Free from harmful substances such as parabens, perfumes, latex and silver chloride
  • Dermatologically tested, skin-friendly and vegan

The products are discreet, comfortable and offer high absorbency with exchangeable pads – a genuine alternative to conventional disposable incontinence products.

Recognition by industry experts

The award ceremony took place on 24 September 2025 during the Business Days Conference in Tapolca. The jury – composed of experts from the fields of science, business and sustainability – highlighted the product’s combination of innovation, environmental friendliness and social responsibility.
