One example of this is the company bicycle leasing scheme – JobRad – which the company introduced in January 2022. Launched as a pilot project at Kneipp in Ochsenfurt, the Heidenheim/Herbrechtingen site followed in April 2023. The program has since been expanded to six other locations in Germany.
