HARTMANN Site Herbrechtingen Achieves EcoVadis Gold Rating

The HARTMANN site in Herbrechtingen has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for the first time in the latest EcoVadis rating. Following last year’s Silver rating, the site has once again improved its sustainability performance and now ranks among the top 5% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis over the past twelve months.

The Herbrechtingen site plays a key role within the HARTMANN GROUP. It is home to the company’s largest production facility for incontinence products as well as its largest logistics center. The award therefore highlights not only the sustainability performance of a single site, but also the successful integration of sustainable practices at one of the Group’s most important production and logistics locations.

Outstanding Results in Industry Comparison

The results are particularly strong when compared to companies in the industry category “Manufacture of medical and dental instruments and supplies.” In the overall assessment, the Herbrechtingen site ranks among the top 1% of companies in its industry.
