Heidenheim, August 05, 2019. HARTMANN Group, a leading international supplier of medical and hygiene products, announces the acquisition of Safran Coating. The silicone coating specialist joins HARTMANN’s Wound Management team and positions HARTMANN to better serve patients by expanding its offering in advanced wound care (AWC).

Safran Coating, formerly Zodiac Coating, is one of the top technology leaders with a solid portfolio in silicone coating for healthcare – the primary growth driver for AWC. The company is based in Pusignan, France and supplies wound care manufacturers around the world, including HARTMANN.
